Terms of service
The basic rules for using Pending Club, its community, and its CLI.
Using the service
You must be able to agree to these terms where you live and must provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in links and paired-device keys private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and devices.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give the service operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and describe the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
Prohibited use
- Do not submit illegal material, malware, private information without permission, targeted harassment, credible threats, deceptive impersonation, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not evade access controls, rate limits, bans, game verification, vote integrity, or other safeguards.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or automate the service in a way that harms users or infrastructure.
Moderation and availability
The service operator may hide or remove content, limit accounts, revoke devices, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed to enforce published rules, protect users, or comply with valid obligations. The service and CLI are provided as available and may change, pause, or end. Scores, awards, and rankings have no monetary value.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect losses or for third-party content and links. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and appropriate notice.
